Enrollment Form

If this is your first time enrollment you will be charged only 20.00 US $ for the Setup/Evaluation process.

Once the required data is completed by you, it will take around 7-10 days to complete the Setup/Evaluation, which will be the blueprint for your Workouts.

At his time you will be presented with a recommended Workout Plan consistent with he selected program.

If you are active in the Database, no Setup/Evaluation costs will be incurred when entering a new program. In this case a minimum 2/5 days will be required to reprocess your data for the new Program, after you confirm that all parameters are up to date.

Immediately after you enroll, you will receive an ID and Password that will give you access to the Member's area. This will permit you to enter the seven areas of the Swimmer's Database, and input all your data.
