Team Enrollment Form

Immediately after you enroll, you will receive an ID and Password that will give you access to the Team Member's area. This will permit you to enter all areas of the Team's Database, and input all your data.

Once the required data is completed by you, it will take around 5-7 days to perform the Setup/Evaluation, which will be the blueprint for your Team or Group's Workouts.

Evaluation cost is a one time charge per Season of 2.75US $ per swimmer, with a minimum of 30 swimmers per group.
Team Evaluation is initially required before you enter any other program.
