Swimgold workouts incorporate a very comprehensive set of "ACTIONS" (close to 300) both in and out of the water. All those actions are illustrated and explained to you (if you decide you need the illustration) by using sound, text, video and animation, with each workout.
In order for you to test the capabilities of your system and Internet delivery speed, we provide some video samples, as they are the most exacting towards bandwidth.
Wait for Video to download until video starts to play
If some components required to run the video clips are missing from your computer, the system will attempt to download those to you. This may not work if your browser is set for "maximum security". In this case, set "medium security" for your Browser. Please note that if those components have to be downloaded, it will take longer but it has to be done only once.
